The main project objective set in this restaurant was to preserve the identity of the environment and the historical and cultural dimension of the place. Originating from foundations dating back to 1100, the building already contained in itself the origins of the city of Siena, from a typical cave type pre-medieval cellar, carved out of tuff, to the main eating area with a vaulted roof and red brick wall surfacing.
